Request for Account Deletion – aiMail – AI Email Accounts

Mail – All Email Accounts

The aiMail – AI Email Accounts app only stores data on your device and does not collect, store, or process any information on our servers. Therefore, all email-related data is under your control. We cannot delete data from your email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, etc.) as we are a third-party email management service provider.

Instructions to delete data from the app:

  1. Open the aiMail – AI Email Accounts app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings > Email Accounts.
  3. Select the account you want to delete and tap Delete Account.
    This action will remove all emails and related data from your device.

Instructions to revoke access from your email service:

For Gmail:

1. Visit the Google Account Permissions page: Open your browser and go to Google Account Permissions.

2. Sign in to your Gmail account

3. Find the application to revoke access

  • In the Security section, locate the Third-party apps with account access option.
  • Click Manage third-party access.

4. Revoke access

  • Find the application aiMail – AI Email Accounts or the name of the app you want to revoke access for.
  • Click on the app and select Remove Access.

5. Confirm the action

  • Google will display a confirmation message. Click OK to complete the process of revoking access.

For Outlook/Hotmail:

1. Visit the Microsoft Account Permissions page

2. Sign in to your Microsoft account

3.Locate the application to revoke access

  • On the account management page, go to the Privacy section.
  • Navigate to the Apps and Services section.
  • Find the application aiMail – AI Email Accounts or the name of the app you want to revoke access for.

4. Revoke access: Click on the application and select Remove Access.

5. Confirm the action: Microsoft will display a confirmation message. Click Yes to complete the process of revoking access.

 

If you wish to delete your account, you must do so through the respective third-party platform
