Request for Data Deletion – Email for All Mail Accounts

The Email for All Mail Accounts app only stores data on your device and does not collect, store, or process any information on our servers. Therefore, all email-related data is under your control. We cannot delete data from your email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, etc.) as we are a third-party email management service provider.

Instructions to delete data from the app:

1. Open the Email for All Mail Accounts app on your device.
2. Go to Settings > Email Accounts.
3. Select the account you want to delete and tap Delete Account.
   This action will remove all emails and related data from your device.

Instructions to revoke access from your email service:

For Gmail:

1. Go to Google Account Permissions.
2. Find Email for All Mail Accounts and click Remove Access.

For Outlook/Hotmail:

1. Go to Microsoft Account Permissions.
2. Find Email for All Mail Accounts and click Remove Access.
